Shipping

After receiving your order, you will be sent an order confirmation by e-mail. Your order will then be processed by us. Processing time of the order is 1-3 working days. The package will then be transferred to PostNL (the €6.75 shipping costs are added during checkout). Delivery by PostNL is normally on the next delivery day (Monday to Saturday), but always within 2 delivery days. You will receive a track & trace code of this at the email address provided with the order.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without stating a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of the carrier. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Reveals with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving your return provided the product has been received back in good order.
